Rutherford
Rutherford, north of Yountville, is known for producing Napa Valley’s famed Cabernets. The Rutherford area produces unique wines with intense flavors that are attributed to the “Rutherford dust”, the volcanic soil prevalent in this area. Rutherford is densely populated with notable wineries, including Beaulieu Vineyard, St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Elizabeth Spencer. Rutherford also has incredible restaurants including the Auberge du Soleil restaurant and resort. Rutherford is comprised of small neighborhoods as well as larger vineyard estates. It is placed conveniently in the heart of the Napa Valley between Yountville and St. Helena, allowing for easy access to some of the most pristine towns in Northern California.What to Love:
